unless otherwise stated on the product page for particular items (in which case you may still return the item if damaged upon arrival).
What allows us to have such a policy? The fact is, while we strive to display quality product images, it's extremely difficult to fully capture the beauty and craftsmanship of such pieces with a two-dimensional image. What we can honestly say is that just about all of the products we carry look significantly better in person than they do in the image. We're confident that in most cases, once you receive the item and do finally see it in person, you'll be so happy with it that you'll see no reason to return it. If for any reason, though, this turns out not to be the case with you and you do wish to send it back, simply contact us at

· Unless otherwise stated on the product page for particular items, item may be returned for any reason for a replacement, exchange, or full refund within
30 days of receipt of the item. Buyer must first notify us at
returns@thelightinggallery.com within that time frame.
· Unless otherwise stated on the product page for particular items, we do NOT charge a restocking fee.
· If item is damaged upon arrival, buyer most notify us immediately at

· Item MUST be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation. The item must be returned in perfect condition, unless damaged upon arrival.
· Customer is fully responsible for return shipping charges unless item was received damaged upon arrival.
· Sales tax charges (which are applied to New York State orders only) are nonrefundable.
